The Appalachian Confederation wiki / Council of the Confederation

The Council of the Confederation is the governing body of the Appalachian Confederation. It convenes at each of the festivals.

The Council is made up of Speakers, generally empowered by their tribes only to convey the tribe's consensus. Some specific actions require unanimous consent, but most motions can be carried by a simple consensus.
